Our mission is to deliver solutions in automotive engineering. We carry out projects in product development for the automotive industry with high added value and strong focus on customer needs. We focus on customer solutions, and work beyond standard project staffing.
Company description
BRACE automotive is an engineering company with a 100% focus on product development for the automotive industry with over 30 years experience. We operate from offices in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg and also cover a part of the French and German market. Our projects cover processes from conceptual design phase until start of series production.

Contracting on-site
BRACE automotive will provide appropriate consultants to the client to execute engineering and development activities, at the client’s location or its designated location, governed by the operational project control by the client.
Resident Engineering
BRACE automotive will provide appropriate consultants to the client to organize and execute engineering and development activities, at the client’s location or its designated location, governed by the operational project control of both the client and BRACE automotive.
Engineering support (external) / Farm-out
BRACE automotive will allocate appropriate consultants to the client’s projects to execute engineering development activities, at BRACE’s location or it’s designated location, governed by the operational project control by BRACE or the BRACE’s resident consultant located at the client’s premises, and therefore indirectly by the client.
Turn-key projects
BRACE automotive will execute and deliver automotive products, parts, components, software, design packages or other deliveries that fulfil the specifications of the client at a fixed cost.
Advice and consultancy
BRACE automotive will deliver the agreed advice or consultancy. Delivery will be in the form of a report, guideline, data-set, process or other to be defined means of communicating the results.

Employees
Using this approach we try to find the right match between our employees and the client’s project needs. The right person at the right spot from the start. We achieve this by knowing our clients, speaking their language and by looking at the needs and qualifications of our employees. We work with the perspective for a long-term partnership with our clients and our employees. We stimulate this by education, training and participation in expert forums, for our employees to develop and specialize themselves.
Today we represent a small but highly specialized and motivated automotive team consisting of 45 engineers belonging to a holding with 250 fte.
